Geovana Donella

Geovana Donella is a Family Business Board Member, CEO and Founder of DONELLA & PARTNERS, and a Consultant specialized in Corporate Governance and Business Management. She holds a Bachelor's and teaching degree in Mathematics, a postgraduate degree in Industrial Administration from POLI-USP, an MBA in Franchise Management from FIA and a Board Member certification from IBGC. She served as President of Cel Lep, as COO - Chief Operating Officer of Grupo Multi Holding (now Pearson) and Superintendent of Alcoa Alumínio, having also been part of the board of directors during her time at Multi and Cel Lep. Speaker and source of information on various topics, including Corporate Governance in Family Businesses, Strategic Planning, Entrepreneurship, Leadership, Franchise Management, Succession in Family Businesses and Diversity on Boards of Directors.
