Gabriela Augusto
Gabriela is the first trans person to be recognized as Under 30 by Forbes Brasil. She was also recently listed by Bloomberg Línea as one of the 50 Women of Impact in Latin America, awarded the McKinsey LGBTQ+ Achievement Award by McKinsey & Company, and named a Top Voice on LinkedIn. She founded a school aimed at bringing Black immigrants into the job market, Blackman. Due to the project's innovative nature, it was documented in the book "Da fotocopiadora à nuvem," published by FGV Rio. She also founded Transcendemos, which offers integrated solutions to promote Diversity and Inclusion in organizations. In 5 years of operation, projects have been developed at major organizations such as Natura, Arcor, Kraft-Heinz, and Dasa. In addition to Brazil, we are active in Argentina, Chile, Mexico, and other Latin American countries. She currently works alongside major organizations in Brazil and around the world. She recently served as master of ceremonies for UN Women and ILO events, and also teaches at Aberje and Fundação Dom Cabral.
