Frank W. Spencer IV

Co-founder and creative director of TFSX. In 2009, Frank founded Kedge - a corporate futurism and foresight, innovation, and strategic design company that pioneered the creation of TFSX. Throughout his career, Frank has worked as a coach and leadership developer with entrepreneurs. He holds a Master's in Strategic Foresight from Regent University and leads The Futures Institute: Shaping The Future Now, a Talent Programs Institute at Duke University (North Carolina, USA), teaching students to use Futures Thinking and forecasting to develop transformative solutions to major challenges. He has worked on Strategic Foresight projects for companies such as Kraft, Mars, Marriott, and The Walt Disney Company and is a member of the World Futures Society (WFS) and the Association for Professional Futurists (APF).
