Fábio Sant’Anna

He began his professional career on the factory floor and worked at organizations such as AmBev, Vale, Votorantim Cimentos, Dotz and Alliar, gaining experience across various sectors of the economy, such as beverages, mining, rail logistics, construction materials, retail loyalty and healthcare, at companies of different sizes, experiencing the regional peculiarities of Brazilian culture across the various regions where he worked, as well as different governance models. He currently serves as People, Diversity and Inclusion Director at Arcos Dorados – Brazil Division, in addition to acting as an advisory board member, mentor, speaker and professor of people management and DEI.

His main areas of expertise are: People Management; Diversity, Equity and Inclusion; ESG and Organizational Culture.
