Coordinator of Processes and Operations at Hospital Israelita Albert Einstein, responsible for structuring the management processes for operational and quality indicators, developing and implementing a monitoring methodology in accordance with Einstein's excellence standards, and in alignment with the other SBIBAE departments. Responsible for developing, monitoring and controlling actions aimed at increasing the safety offered to clients, as well as the perception of quality at HIAE. Provides support to HIAE managers and the Board, with a focus on reviewing care processes, proposing alternatives and solutions aimed at optimizing time and resources, as well as achieving institutional goals.
