Dalton Sardenberg

Dalton Sardenberg is a Full-time Professor at Fundação Dom Cabral (FDC), specializing in Corporate Governance, Compliance and Business Ethics, Family Business Management, and Strategic Management.

At FDC, Professor Sardenberg has held several leadership positions, including Director of Administrative Processes and Corporate Partnerships, Manager of Open Enrollment, Customized, and Graduate Programs, and Coordinator of the Corporate Governance Center. He currently serves as Technical Advisor to the Partners for Excellence Program (PAEX). He also teaches in FDC’s Graduate, Specialization, Open Enrollment, and Customized programs.

Throughout his career, he has worked with organizations such as Petrobras, BB Mapfre, Sebrae, Banco do Nordeste, Assodeere, L’Oréal, Bradesco, and Transpetro, among others. Prior to his academic career, he held executive positions within the Gerdau Group and the Korf Group.

Dalton holds a Ph.D. in Corporate Governance from the University of Birmingham and a Master’s degree in Production Engineering, with a specialization in Business Management, from the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC).​‌
