Conceição Almeida Lacerda

Associate Professor at FDC, she has worked in the areas of People Management, Leadership, and Development for more than 35 years. She is a Ph.D. candidate in Business Administration, holds a Master's in Business Administration with an emphasis on human capital management, and a Bachelor's in Psychology. She has worked with several companies, such as Grupo Pão de Açúcar, Viavarejo, BRFoods, Lojas Marisa, Banco Mercantil, Laboratório Aché, Localiza, O Boticário, Previnorte, Votorantim Cimentos, Smiles, Líder Interiores, Supermercado Verdemar, Tracbel, Banco do Brasil, among others. She has worked as a professor in postgraduate courses at Faculdade Pitágoras and at PUC Minas. Conceição Lacerda has been an Associate Professor at Fundação Dom Cabral for more than 12 years, working in customized and Postgraduate programs, participating in listening, solution design, and classroom teaching for the following organizations: TAP Portugal, Banco Inter, MRV Engenharia, Transpetro, Usiminas, Mercedes Benz, Vale, Andrade Gutierrez, BANCOOB, SICOOB, among others. She is a professor at ISVOR – the FIAT Group's Corporate University – working with companies such as FCA, CNH Industrial, IVECO, Magneti Marelli, Fundação FIAT de Cultura, Magnesita, NEMAK. For 13 years, she has worked on developing and facilitating leadership and team projects. She worked as a consultant for 10 years at Ergon Consultores Associados, participating in diverse projects on human behavior. Author of the articles: "Atitudes Facilitadoras em Consultoria" and "Competências Gerenciais: o que esperar de gestores de uma grande empresa?".
