Cibele Franzese

She graduated in Law from the Universidade de São Paulo, and holds a Master's and a Ph.D. in Public Administration and Government from Fundação Getulio Vargas - SP, with a research internship at the Centre for Federalism Studies at the University of Kent, England. She was Deputy Secretary of Public Management and of Planning and Regional Development for the State Government of São Paulo. She is currently a professor at the São Paulo School of Business Administration of Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV EAESP), where she teaches undergraduate courses, and courses in the Master's and Ph.D. program in Public Administration and Government and in the Professional Master's in Public Policy Management, in the areas of Public Management, Political Institutions, Public Policy, Planning and Management.
