Bernard Banks

Bernard Banks is a Visiting Professor at Fundação Dom Cabral. He is a member of the senior leadership team and faculty of the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He currently oversees the integration of leadership development across Kellogg's global portfolio of degree programs. In addition, he is responsible for generating, integrating, and implementing initiatives among Kellogg's various stakeholder groups, namely students, faculty, staff, alumni, and organizational partners. Before entering academia, he proudly served in the U.S. Army as an aviator (Apache Helicopters) and organizational leader. He retired from the military in 2016 with the rank of Brigadier General.
