André Wajner

Guest Professor at Fundação Dom Cabral in the area of Care Quality and Safety and Health Information Technology. He holds a Ph.D. in Medicine from Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul. He holds a Master's in Epidemiology from Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul; a postgraduate degree as a Fellow in Hospital Medicine from the Society of Hospital Medicine - SHM, United States; and a postgraduate degree in Epidemiology from the Netherlands Institute of Health Sciences and Erasmus - NIHES and ERASMUS, Netherlands. He currently is a preceptor physician at Grupo Hospitalar Conceição GHC.
