Alexandre Moreira Galvão

Guest Professor at Fundação Dom Cabral, holds a Master's in Administration from Faculdade de Ciências Humanas de Pedro Leopoldo, an MBA in Finance from IBMEC Business School, and is a Specialist in Financial Administration from PUC/MG, and is director of Ceres Inteligência Financeira, an economic-financial consulting and valuation firm. He has experience in the financial market, working in company and business valuation, structuring analysis tools, corporate risk management and classification, including scenario simulation, and in structuring derivatives and managing treasury resources, including the allocation of resources in domestic and international markets. He was organizer and co-author of the books: "Finanças Corporativas - Teoria e Prática Empresarial no Brasil" and "Mercado Financeiro – Uma Abordagem Prática dos Principais Produtos e Serviços," in addition to having numerous scientific publications, academic articles, and articles in the print media on topics such as risk, derivatives, hedging, and volatility, presented in Brazil and abroad.
