Aldemir Drummond

Aldemir Drummond is a Professor of Strategy and Organizations and Coordinator of the Strategy and International Business Center at Fundação Dom Cabral (FDC). He also leads FDC’s Imagine Brasil initiative and serves as Vice-Chair of the Board of UNICON (University Consortium for Executive Education), an international organization based in the United States that brings together the world's leading executive education schools. At FDC, he served as Vice President for Executive Development, Faculty and Education from 2016 to 2020. He also held the positions of Director of People Management from 2001 to 2004 and Director of the Executive MBA Program from 1998 to 2001.
