Alda Marina de Campos Melo

She contributes to the Liga as co-catalyst in Brazil and actively participates in other development and impact networks.

In 2010, she founded Pares, a B Corporation focused on Strategy and Organizational Development, through which she co-creates strategies, solutions, and organizational development methodologies together with entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs from organizations of different sectors and sizes, in Brazil and abroad. She is also a speaker, strategist, and facilitator of dialogues and organizational transition and development processes.

Before her consulting experience, she worked for 13 years in Logistics and Marketing at private companies and as Executive Director in the third sector, implementing participative and systemic management models that inspired the creation of Pares. She holds a Master's in Business Administration from PUC-Rio, with an emphasis on Strategy in Alliances and Networks, and is an Associate Professor at PUC-Rio and Fundação Dom Cabral in executive education programs.

Co-author of the book Cuidado e Responsabilidade (Ed. Atlas), of the Brazil chapter of the World Guide to Sustainable Enterprise (Greenleaf Publishing), Guia Prático do Empreendedor (Instituto Pares and FGV Direito Rio), and co-organizer of the book Cuidado e Sustentabilidade (Ed. Atlas).
