The Student Experiences program was held for the first time in Brazil in 2014. The program is a partnership between FDC and the British leadership-development organization Common Purpose.
The three-day program is designed for graduate and postgraduate students who aspire to become leaders. It emphasizes cultural intelligence so participants can address contemporary challenges that extend beyond geographic boundaries.
Students engage in classroom activities, interact with companies’ leaders and visit local institutions for debates on innovation; social entrepreneurship, and how cities work, communities thrive and leaders act.
