Vanderlei Soela is a professor for the areas of People Management, Leadership, Sustainability, Ethics and Organizational Architecture. He is a faculty member of SKEMA Business School, in partnership with FDC. Soela holds Bachelor’s Degrees in Pedagogy and Psychology, a Master’s Degree in Pastoral Counseling, from Loyola University, Chicago (USA), a Master’s Degree in Psychology from UFMG, a Specialization Certificate in Project Management from PUC-MG, and currently pursues a Doctorate Degree in Business Administration from PUC-MG, as well. Vanderley Soela is an adjunct professor at FDC, working for open enrollment and customs programs in several companies in Brazil and Latin America such as Petrobrás, Michelin, Souza Cruz, Anglogold Ashanti, Aperam, Tigre (Argentina and Paraguay), SEST-SENAT, Hospital de Olhos Minas Gerais, Total Combustíveis, SEFAZ-RJ, Chacomer (Paraguay), YPFB (Bolivia). He is a scientific advisor for Third Sector Social Organizations and was an advisor for PAEX (Partners for Excellence Program) at FDC. Professor Soela was the institutional director of União Brasileira de Educação e Ensino – UBEE (Maristas) and a member of the Rede de Espiritualidade Marista for Latin America. He is a speaker and writer on topics such as People Management, Leadership and Spirituality.
