Silvério Marinho holds a degree in accounting from PUC-MG (1996), is a specialist in Business Pedagogy from UEMG (1998), a specialist in Finance from IEC / PUC-MG (2000) and Master’s degree in Administration from Faculdade Novos Horizontes (2011). He is an associate professor at Fundação Dom Cabral, where he works in several programs, such as: Especialization (open and “in company”) and PAEX (in the Manaus and Curitiba region). He is also a professor at IBMEC-MG, working within the MBA programs, and at Centro Universitário UNA since 2005. Developed carreer in areas of Auditing, Controlling and Financial Management at KPMG, FIAT Automóveis, UNIMED-BH and Centro Universitário UNA. He currently serves as managing partner of Silvério Marinho Desenvolvimento Empresarial, a company specializing in budget management, cost management and valuation. He is co-author of the books “Gestão em Foco”, published by Letramento, 2016, beeing responsible for the chapter “Controle Gerencial e Mensuração de Desempenho” and “Direito, Gestão e Finanças”, published by Arraes, 2019, beeing responsible for the chapter “Orçamento Empresarial”
