Saionara Barbosa is an adjunct professor at Fundação Dom Cabral, for the areas of strategy formulation and execution, and performance management. She also works in Strategic Planning Processes, Organizational Architecture and Business Models, and has facilitated training programs in Personal Finance. She holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from PUC Minas, an MBA from FDC, and Specialization Certificates in Organizational Consulting from USP and Finance Administration from Fundação João Pinheiro. Professor Barbosa teaches for the custom and specialization programs, PAEX (PDD) – Senior Management Development Program, and MBA programs as a Distance Learning Assistant Professor. She has worked as an advisor for applied projects and end-of-course papers, and other methodology practices. Saionara Barbosa has extensive knowledge and practice in learning methodologies such as Canvas and World Café. She held executive positions at Sebrae Minas for 10 years and was a project manager for international, custom and MBA programs at FDC for a decade. Saionara Barbosa is an adjunct professor at BMI (Blue Management Institute) and has worked as a guest consultant at Korn Ferry Brasil. Holding relevant experience in executive education and organizational development since 1987, Saionara has already developed projects in companies such as Pirelli América Latina, Fiat Automóveis, Banco Santander, Telefônica Vivo, Banco Itaú, Renault, Localiza, Microsoft, Alcoa América Latina, Anglo América, Vale, Cristália, besides having worked for government agencies and autarchies (Senior Management Development Program in the State of Espírito Santo).
