Rosiléia Milagres is a professor for the area of corporate strategy. She is the technical coordinator of the professional master program - Contemporary Management of Organizations - and of the specialization program, emphasis on Business Management. She is also a researcher at Fundação Dom Cabral, having developed numerous researches on collaborative strategies and cooperation net formation. Professor Rosiléia is the coordinator of the Reference Center for Integrated Social Governance. She holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (Brazil) and a M.Sc. in Economics from the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais. She teaches at graduate programs (masters and specialization), corporate partnerships, open enrolment and custom programs at FDC. She has already developed programs at organizations such as Itaú Unibanco, Anglo-American, Boticário, Embrapa, Fiat, WEG, Belgo Mineira, Rhodia, Banco do Nordeste, Samarco, Fiemg, Sebrae, Banco do Brasil, Caixa Econômica Federal, Dixie Toga, Votorantim Celulose e Papel, Camargo Correa, among others. She was also a visiting researcher at Copenhagen Business School (Denmark) and a former faculty member of Centro Universitário UNA, Faculdades Integradas Newton Paiva and Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais. She has authored and co-authored books, articles, technical papers, and research reports in Brazil and abroad.
