Rosângela Pedrosa holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais-PUC Minas and Fundação Dom Cabral, and a Corporate MBA Degree from Fundação Dom Cabral – FDC. She is a specialist in “Group Leaders Training” – (Ergon Consultores). Rosângela Pedrosa is an adjunct professor at Fundação Dom Cabral in the areas of People Development, Career Planning Coaching, and Leadership. She has also worked as a scientific coordinator for executive development programs with focus in the design of educational solutions. Rosângela works as a coach for managers and leadership competencies development, as a career coach for people in different professional maturity levels interested in leveraging and managing their career, and as a specialist in educational solutions for executive development. She was a Project Manager at FDC, acquiring relevant experience in structuring and managing customized Executive Development Programs, in Brazil and abroad, for companies such as: Acesita, Banco Goldman Sachs, FIAT, Itaú Private Bank, Leader, Linde, Lojas Renner; Marcopolo, Nokia, Petrobras, Petros, Santander, Sebrae, Telemar, Unibanco, Unilever, Vale, among others. Rosângela Pedrosa has also held the position of Manager of Open Enrolment Executive Development Programs such STC – Skills, Tools and Competence; PDE – Executive Development Program, Executive MBA, and PCR – Capacity-Building for Results. Speaker in conferences and seminars in Brazil and abroad.
