Strategy
Renata Barcelos has a degree in civil engineering, and is a PhD in Business Administration  (UFMG - Federal University of Minas Gerais). Researcher in the areas of Innovation, Corporate Governance and Organizational Structure, she teaches in courses related to these themes. She is especially oriented to the development of ambidexterity and dynamic innovative cultures in traditional companies. She develops innovation consulting projects for companies in different sectors, including the use of agile methodologies, OKRs and business modeling. She is a mentor to startups and family successors who seek to develop innovative skills. Working since 2008 at PAEX - Partners for Excellence, where she has had the opportunity to help hundreds of medium-sized companies to define better strategies and processes, as well as to implement results-oriented management systems. She also has consulting experience in large companies, such as Petrobras, Telemar and FIEMG. Author of several scientific and managerial articles, she participates in innovation research centers at CEPEAD / FACE / UFMG and NICE / CEFET, being an expert in the themes of dynamic skills and capabilities.
