Adjunct professor at Fundação Dom Cabral, in the areas of Organizations and Organizational Behavior, Paulo Vieira has taught in the MBA programs, in PAEX (Partners for Excellence) and in the STC – Skills, Tools & Competence program, in partnership with Kellogg School of Management, USA. Professor Vieira has also worked for the custom programs in companies such as ABB, Bandes, Basf, BCSA, CTIS, CVRD, Dixie-Toga, Elektro, Embratel, Imerys, Itaú, Microsoft, Novelis, Petrobras, Prodam, Rexam, Sebrae, Senai, Souza Cruz, STC, Telefônica, Tigre, Unisul, White Martins, etc. Paulo is a speaker on People Management in Brazil and abroad, and a specialist in interpersonal dynamics and leadership. Paulo Vieira held the positions of Human Resources Director at Bonfiglioli Corporation, HR Planning and Development Manager at Linhas Corrente Ltda, at Microlite Group, at Emultron Group and at Ferrovia Paulista S.A – FEPASA. Over 30 years of experience in the areas of people management, culture, change management, culture management, values, future leadership, transformational leadership, team development, and the development of the coaching style of management.
