Mozart Pereira dos Santos holds Specialization Certificates in Human Resources Development and Management from Centro Universitário Nansen Araújo – UNA and in Organizational Development from CEPLON/ODA (Organization Development Association), and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais. Mozart dos Santos is certified as psychotherapist and psychoanalist by the Núcleo de Psicoterapia e Psicanálise de Belo Horizonte. Statutory Director and Professor in advanced management programs at Fundação Dom Cabral – FDC, Professor Santos participated in the Human Resource Integrated Development Plan FDC – PDRH – 2008. At FDC he held positions in the Coordination of the Knowledge Development Centers, in the Coordination of the Executive Board Operational Committee and in the Team Coordination for the Leadership Development Center Implementation at FDC (2001). He was a faculty member at Faculdade de Filosofia da Universidade de Pernambuco, teaching the subject Group Dynamics and Human Relations and assistant professor of Educational Psychology at Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais, PUC/MG. Professor Mozart Santos holds substantial technical and managerial experience in the banking, electricity, telecommunications and steel industries.
