Miguel Danilo de Carvalho Marques is an adjunct professor at Fundação Dom Cabral for the area of finance. He is a scientific advisor for PAEX (Partners for Excellence) Program and a sponsor of the PCS (Partnership for Sustainable Growth) Program. Miguel Marques holds a Master’s degree in Economics from FEAD and a BSc in Economics from Unicentro Newton Paiva. He has already held executive positions in companies such as Banco Real, Nestlé, Líder Táxi Aéreo, and Companhia São Geraldo de Viação. Marques has developed several projects in organizations from different segments (manufacturing, retail, distribution, education, IT, transportation, car rental) such as Probank, Halógica, Betulla Cosméticos, Congebras Alimentos, Itambé among others, implementing ERP systems, balanced scorecard, mergers and acquisitions, consultative auditing, debt renegotiation, and judicial recovery. Marques has extensive experience in company valuation, finance, administrative and corporate governance process restructuring, development and implementation of investment projects for fund raising from BNDES, BDMG and several banks. He is also a member of the board of several companies from different segments.
