Marinele Franco holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, a Specialization Certificate in Corporate Management, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from UFMG. She is certified to apply and interpret the self-knowledge tool MBTI® Myers Briggs Type Indicator and attended the training program in Enneatypes Psychology at SAT School. Marinele Franco is an adjunct professor at Fundação Dom Cabral – FDC, for the area of People Management. She develops programs in medium and large, public and private organizations with special focus on organizational behavior, leadership development and team consolidation. Marilene has delivered programs in several companies such as Ajinomoto, AMBEV, BHTRANS, Cedro Cachoeira, Cesa Logística, CODEMIG, Colégio Marista Dom Silvério, COPASA, FHEMIG, FIEMG, Fundação Felice Roso, Hospital Socor, InterCement, LOCALIZA, Mapal do Brasil, Milplan Engenharia, Nansen Araújo, Samarco Mineração, SEBRAE, SENAC, Toshiba - Infraestrutura América do Sul Ltda, Tribunal de Justiça de Minas Gerais, Unilever and Votorantim Cimentos . She is the co-author of the book “Competências em Consultoria – a teoria na prática”, published by Qualitymark and launched at CONARH 2005.
