Márcio Rabelo is an adjunct professor at Fundação Dom Cabral - FDC, for the areas of Strategy, Organizational Architecture, Business Development and People Management, Leadership, Sustainability and Ethics, since June 2006. He is a lawyer holding specialization certificates in Marketing and Business Management. Rabelo is also an independent board member, certified by IBGC – Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance. He works as a professor in commercial partnerships and social programs at FDC, developing projects in organizations such as Grupo de Saúde Bandeirantes, Laticínios Bela Vista (Piracanjuba), Flamboyant Shopping, Laboratório Sabin, Gravia Metalúrgica, Hospital Oftalmológico de Londrina, Folha de Londrina, Oncomed, Unimed de Volta Redonda, Hospital Santa Mônica, Proteste, Apae SP, Apae Salvador, Instituto Votorantim, Instituto IT Mídia. Rabelo is a scientific advisor for the program Partnership with Social Organizations – POS FDC. He was a scientific advisor for the program Partners for Excellence and currently he is an academic advisor for the specialization programs and Executive MBA at FDC. He held executive positions at large companies such as Cia de Cigarros Souza Cruz, Localiza, Cervejarias Kaiser, Ceras Johnson, L’Oréal Paris and Niasi for over 20 years. He is a director and member of the board of some social organizations on a voluntary basis.
