Marcelo Fernandes brings an extensive experience as an executive in large organizations and a solid academic qualification. His areas of interest and expertise are Negotiation, Sales and Leadership Development. He has been an adjunct professor at Fundação Dom Cabral since 2005, a professor at Krauthammer International (Amsterdam) since 2010 and at Siemens Learning Campus (Munich) since 2011, where he has developed international programs in Portuguese, English and Spanish. He has a pragmatic and change-oriented approach to deal and implement positive changes in the corporate environment. Empathy is what drives his performance as a training facilitator, leading to dynamic, effective and down-to-earth practical development programs. Marcelo has a passion for contributing to the ‘people’ side of businesses, promoting engagement and effective results for companies. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and Systems but diverted his career path into the business management area, having held positions as an executive. He holds an MBA degree from Baillbrook College, (UK), and a specialization program in negotiation from Harvard Law School.
