Operations Management and Logistics
Lydia Santa Rosa is adjunct professor in areas of Organizational Management with special emphasis on Process Management and Results Management. She holds a specialization degree in Management, emphasis on Business Administration from FDC/PUC Minas, Brazil, and a B.Sc. in Business Administration from UFMG, Brazil.

As adjunct professor of Process Management in specialization programs, Lydia works in customized educational solutions for Public and Private Organizations, General Management, and as a professor and tutor in the Business Partnership programs PAEX (Partnership for Excellence) and POS (Partnership for Social Organizations). Lydia is accredited and received formal training from SEBRAE/MG as a consultant and instructor in the areas of Quality and Competitiveness Management and HR Management Systems.

She has worked as a consultant in Results Management and Process Management for small and medium-sized organizations from different segments, in Belo Horizonte and in the countryside of Minas Gerais, having also worked in Results Management, Processes and People Management for the Programa de Educação Patrimonial Trem da Vale sponsored by Fundação Vale.

Former lecturer of the discipline Total Quality Management of the specialization programme in Occupational Medicine at the Faculdade de Ciências Médicas/ MG and Director of Events at União Brasileira para a Qualidade (UBQ). She worked at Minerações Brasileiras Reunidas (MBR) as Integrated Management Manager, Process Management Department Chief and Training and Development Section Chief. At Mineração Rio do Norte (MRN) as People Development Manager and Cultural and Social Activities Coordinator. She was a founding partner and manager of Pão & Companhia (P&C).
