Lydia Santa Rosa is a professor for the area of Organizational Management with special focus on Process and Result Management. She holds a Specialization Certificate in Business Management from FDC/PUC Minas and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from UFMG. Lydia Santa Rosa is an Adjunct Professor of Process Management for the graduate programs, custom educational solutions for public and private organizations. She is also a monitor and professor for the Corporate Partnerships PAEX (Partners for Excellence) and POS (Social Organizations Partnership). Lydia is a certified SEBRAE consultant and instructor for the areas of Quality and Competitiveness Management and Human Resources Systems Management. Prof. Santa Rosa has developed projects in Result-Oriented Management, Process Management in medium-sized organizations from different sectors, in Minas Gerais.  She has also worked in Result, Process and People Management in the Educational Program Trem da Vale sponsored by Fundação Vale. Lydia is a former faculty member at Faculdade de Ciências Médicas /MG where she taught Total Quality Management for the Specialization program in Labor Medicine. She held the positions of Event Director at UBQ-União Brasil, Integrated Management Leader, Process Management Leader and Training & Development Leader at Minerações Brasileiras Reunidas - MBR, and People Development Manager and Cultural & Social Activities Coordinator at  Mineração Rio do Norte – MRN. Lydia was the partner founder and manager of the bakery Pão & Companhia – P&C.
