Professor Léo Bruno holds Master’s Degrees in Engineering, and in Strategic Management and a Doctorate Degree in Organizational Behavior. He has worked as an adjunct professor for several programs at FDC, such as Specialization Programs (Leadership, Organizational Change, Innovation and Organizational Research), Master’s Program in partnership with the French school Skema Business School, open enrollment and in-company programs. Professor Bruno worked as a scientific advisor and monitor for PAEX (Partners for Excellence Program) in the areas of people management and organizational structure.  He is a guest professor for graduate programs at UNICAMP, Universidade Federal do Amazonas and Matej Bel University (Slovak Republic) and guest professor at the Volkswagen Corporate University (Germany) for the areas of technology and innovation. Léo Bruno held executive positions in several companies such as Philips, Whirlpool, Samsung, Genius Instituto de Tecnologia and Flextronics, in the technical, sales and finance areas. He is an international speaker on Leadership, Organizational Change, Innovation (Value-added Innovation Model©) and Organizational Research (Holistic Organizational Measuring Model©). He is the co-author of books on management and has articles published in Brazil and abroad.
