Professor Kedma Nascimento holds over 25 years of experience in the areas of Organizational Development (Development of Organizational Management Model and People Management Model), Development of Executive and Human Resource Teams, Leadership Competencies Definition and Development, Strategic Planning, Marketing and Human Resources. She holds a Master’s Degree in Education from Centro Universitário Adventista de São Paulo, Specialization Certificates in Marketing from ESPM/SP and in Hospital Administration from Centro São Camilo de Desenvolvimento em Administração da Saúde, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Universidade Federal de Pernambuco – UFPE. She is also a certified user of several tools such as EQi and EQ360 / MBTI© Myers Briggs Type Indicator / FIRO-B / BIRKMAN – Conflict Resolution. Adjunct Professor at Fundação Dom Cabral – FDC, since 2003, Kedma Nascimento teaches the subject “The individual in the organization and the individual in the society” at the open enrollment programs such as the EMBA, and also the subject “People Management and Leadership” at the Executive Development Program (PDE) and Development Program for Results (PCR). In the Transformational Leadership Program, Professor Nascimento teaches the subject Self-leadership and Leadership Competencies. In the PAEX (Partners for Excellence Program), Professor Nascimento teaches Leadership and People Management for Presidents, and in the custom programs she teaches Leadership and People Management, Team Development, Self-knowledge and Executive Development. Kedma has been a coach for top level executives from companies such as Telemar, Petrobras, Basf, Petros, Redecard, Visanet, Banco IBI, Telefônica, Banco Itaú, Klabin, Caixa Econômica Federal, Samarco, Merck Sharp & Dohme, Bunge, Caixa Seguros, Globosat, Microsoft, Embratel, Faber-Castell, Rede Globo, Laboratório Fleury, LIGHT, PST, Bosch, Sicredi, Hospital A.C. Camargo, Grupo Petrópolis. She is a speaker and lecturer in forums and seminars in Brazil and abroad.
