Jorge Roldão holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas, FGV-RJ (2001) and currently pursues a Doctorate Degree in Business Administration from Universidade de Coimbra, Portugal. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Education and Psycho-pedagogy from Universidad de La Habana, Cuba, (1999) and a Specialization Certificate in Psycho-pedagogy from the same university (1998). He holds an MBA Degree in Marketing from Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing, ESPM-RJ, (1996) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from FEFRJ, (1994). Jorge Roldão is an Adjunct Professor at Fundação Dom Cabral, FDC, since 2010, having worked in custom programs at Vale, Itaú, Mercedes-Benz, Petrobras, Sony, GoldmanSachs, Invepar, Exame, Bunge, BNP Paribas Cardif, Suzano, DSM, PPE, Novartis, Coca-Cola, TV Globo, Rodobens, Bridgestone, KPMG, Neoenergia, Souza Cruz, Unimeds/CNU, Luxottica, Nutron, VIX, Grupo Mônaco, FirstGroup, Federal Ministries, State and Municipal Government agencies, and also in the MBA and specialization programs, PDA (Shareholder and Business Family Development Program), PAEX (Partners for Excellence Program) and International Programs. He is an independent board member and a member of Advisory and Administration Boards in the states of São Paulo, Ceará, Rio de Janeiro, Rio Grande do Norte, Pará and Amazonas. He holds executive experience in the areas of competitive strategy and performance acceleration (1994-2010).
