Strategy
Heitor Coutinho is a professor of Strategy and Project and Change Management at Fundação Dom Cabral. Heitor holds a Master degree in Business Administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais/ FDC (Brazil) and executive development program certificates from Harvard Business School, INSEAD, UC-Berkeley, Carnegie Mellon and Singularity University. He has taught in various programs at Fundação Dom Cabral and has already worked with organizations such as Saint Gobain, Embraer, Fiocruz, Secretaria do Tesouro Nacional, Randon, TJMG, Banco Central, Souza Cruz, Sicoob, Vale, Anglogold, among others. He was the director of the Specialization Program in Electronic Business Administration at Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais - PUC MG (Brazil), and of the Specialization Program in Competitive Intelligence from the National Institute of Technology (MCT - INT, Brazil) and Université Aix-Marseille III (France). He has held executive positions at CIMAF, Belgo Mineira Sistemas, BMS Software and ATT. At FDC, Professor Coutinho was the manager of the Advanced Management Program (PGA), executive manager of Custom Programs and executive manager of The CEOs’Legacy Initiative. He is currently the Scientific Director of Program and Project Management and Business Development Master Degree at Skema Business School – FDC. He is a member of the Corporate Computing Council of the International Data Corporation (USA), member of the editorial committee of Revista Mundo PM and director of the board of Companhia Sulamericana de Distribuição. He has authored numerous articles published in journals and academic magazines in Brazil and abroad.
