Érica Bamberg deals in the areas related to Strategy, Marketing, Retail, Services and Trade Marketing. She holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, emphasis in Marketing and and Strategy and an MBA degree in Marketing. She is a Coach certified by the Brazilian Academy of Coaching (ABC), is certified from the Behavioral Coaching Institute (BCI) and has attended development programs such as Advanced Finance Management, Strategy in Execution and Corporate Governance, all of them from Fundação Dom Cabral. Érica Bamberg is an adjunct professor at Fundação Dom Cabral – FDC, working for the PAEX (Partners for Excellence Program) as a scientific advisor, developing governance models in companies from various segments, elaborating strategic planning, indexes follow-up and driving the corrective actions. She also works as a program monitor, developing projects in marketing, sales, trade marketing and strategic positioning. As a professor, Érica Bamberg teaches in the custom and open enrollment programs, developing specific subjects for large organizations such as Bemis, DOW, Duratex, Iguatemi, Invepar, Jansen, Petrobras, Sain Gobain, Souza Cruz, TIM and Vale. She has also held leading executive positions in large Brazilian and multinational companies (Jornal O Dia, GH Telecom, Embratel, Claro and Xerox) in the areas of marketing, sales and human resources. Prof. Bamberg is also a corporate coach and advisor for executives and entrepreneurs. She is the founder partner and planning director of Kaktus Comunicação, BCast Comunicação e Mkt and RFTeam Assessoria Esportiva. Érica holds relevant experience in sustainability practices development, having implemented an NGO in Rio de Janeiro - Rede Postinho de Saúde. Her main clients are: TV Globo, Biotecnologia ERJ, Núcleo de Inovação Tecnológica and Rede Brasileira de Visualização. She was in charge of Project Management for the Entertainment Area at TVGLOBO. Prof. Bamberg is the co-author of the book Descobrindo o Marketing (Ed. Opvs, 2008) and author of the book Parcerias Estratégicas entre segundo e terceiro setor. She is a lecturer and speaker on Marketing, Consumer Behavior Trends and Customer-centered focus.
