Jose Ernesto Bolonha is a guest professor and speaker at Fundação Dom Cabral - FDC. He is a speaker on Developmental Psychology Applied to Administration and Education, in Brazil and abroad. Professor Bolonha is the creator and coordinator of Organizational Development Programs and events on Human Development applied to large and medium-sized firms and, private and public institution. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from USP-SP and has attended further educational programs in Developmental Psychology at Bowling Green State University (Ohio, USA) and Educational Psychology at the University of Kalamazoo (Michigan, USA). Bolonha is the author of several articles and books on developmental psychology applied to education and business management such as: “Estação Desembarque – referências existenciais para o jovem contemporâneo” (Ed. Deleitura); co-author of “O Dragão e a Borboleta”, (Ed. Axis Mundi); “Diálogos Criativos”, with Domenico de Masi and Frei Betto (Ed. Deleitura); “Brasil Destinos”, with Guilherme Magalhães (Ed. Terragraph); “Autonomia e Autoridade” (video, Atta Mídia e Educação); “Gestão Escolar” (four-video collection, Atta Mídia e Educação).
