Professor Antonio Cavalcanti is a specialist in corporate and marketing & sales strategy. He holds relevant experience in strategic planning development, sales planning, high performing sales team development, customer care as a competitive differential, and negotiation. His 15-year experience as a manager in the financial sector gives Cavalcanti the support to have an excellent performance in areas such as finance and people management. He holds a Master os Science in Business Administration from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais and attended the Executive Development Program - PDE at Fundação Dom Cabral - FDC. He is an adjunct professor, teaching at the specialization programs and having the roles of scientific advisor at PAEX (Partnership for Excellence), and commercial, marketing & sales management monitor. Cavalcanti held positions such as department manager at the banking sector and president of a health insurance broker. For more than ten years he has developed projects in hundreds of all size companies from different sectors, from national banks to small local logistic firms. He is a lecturer on themes such as decision making, commercial management, negotiation, conflict management and other related subjects.
