Leadership/Human Resources Management
Full-time Professor and Coordinator of FDC’s Professional Master’s, Executive PhD, and Professional Postdoctoral programs. She holds a PhD and a Postdoctoral degree in Business Administration from COPPEAD/UFRJ, with a “sandwich” period at FIU-US, supported by CAPES. Alice has professional experience as a manager and consultant across different industries in the public, private, and non-profit sectors. Her work has been published in leading international journals (ABS4*) and presented at major national and international conferences in Management. Her research contributes to a deeper understanding of the interaction between individuals, organizations, and their ecosystems, particularly regarding the role of leadership in fostering more ethical and sustainable practices.
Her main line of research focuses on the contemporary challenge of promoting decent and meaningful work, considering individual, organizational, and societal dimensions. Current projects explore how leaders, workers, and organizations
