Aldemir Drummond is a professor of Strategy and Organizations and coordinator of the Center for Strategy and International Business at the Dom Cabral Foundation.
Aldemir also coordinates the Imagine Brasil initiative at FDC and is Vice-Chair of the Board of UNICON (University Consortium for Executive Education), an international organization that brings together the world's leading executive education schools, headquartered in the United States.
At FDC, he served as Vice Dean of Executive Development, Faculty, and Education from 2016 to 2020. He was also Chief People Officer from 2001 to 2004 and Director of the Executive MBA program from 1998 to 2001.
