Adão Ladeira is a specialist in strategies of negotiation, conflict management, people management, communication and influence, sales strategies, family businesses succession, coaching, mentorship and organizational consulting. Adão holds a Master's degree in professional administration (Faculdade Pedro Leopoldo) and a postgraduate degree in management development and marketing (IEC - PUCMinas). He holds an International Mediation Certification by ICFML. He participated in internships and short courses in Italy, Portugal, USA, and Argentina. As Professor at Fundação Dom Cabral - FDC, he works in “in company” programs, in the post-graduation courses on People Management, in customized programs, in the “in company” specialization program and as Teacher/Monitor of People Management at PAEX, in companies located in Paraguay, as well as in Brazil. At IBMEC, he is a professor in the MBAs and Post-Graduate courses in Business, Finance, Project Management, People Management, Business Law and Marketing, regional partnerships, and “in company” courses. At IEC PUC Minas, he is a professor of Advanced HR Management. Negotiation and Conflict mediation. At Master PUC, he teaches the disciplines of Engineering Assessments and Expertise, Negotiations for Buyers, Diagnostic Models, Structure and Organization of the GP area and Training of Consultants. He has delivered training programs on Conflict Management with Realistic Simulation to all public hospitals managers in Minas Gerais (SUS). He was Manager of Isvor Fiat (Corporate University) in Brazil and Argentina for Fiat Group companies and external customers. At Fiat Automóveis S.A, he was the executive responsible for the Personnel Training & Development Departments in the Commercial Department (dealer network) and People Training & Development in the HR Department (all the organizational structure). At Coteminas, he worked in the tax area and as a Manager of Funding Tax Incentives in SP. He was responsible for the tax area of Supermercados Camponesa.
