Adão Ladeira is a specialist in negotiation and conflict resolution strategies, people management, communication and influence, sales strategies, family business succession, private mediation, coaching and organizational consulting. Adão holds a Master’s degree in Professional Administration (Faculdades Pedro Leopoldo) and a Specialist Certificate in Managerial Development and Marketing (IEC – PUC-MG). Prof. Ladeira has attended internships and courses in Italy, Portugal, USA and Argentina. As a professor at Fundação Dom Cabral, Adão Ladeira teaches in the People Management Specialization programs, in-company specialization and custom programs, and works as a monitor-professor for the Partners for Excellence Partnership Program (PAEX) in Brazil and Paraguay. At IBMEC, Prof. Ladeira teaches in the MBA and specialization programs in Business Management, Finance, Project Management, Corporate Law and Marketing, regional partnerships and in-company programs. At IEC PUC Minas he teaches HR Advanced Management and Conflict and Negotiation. At Master PUC he is a faculty member, teaching Engineering Inspections and Assessment, Purchasing Negotiations, Diagnose Models, HR Structuring and Organization, and Consultant Development. He was Isvor Fiat manager in Argentina for all Fiat Group companies and its clients. At Fiat Automóveis S.A he held the position of Training & People Development Manager in the Commercial Department (dealers) and HR Training & People Development Manager in the HR Department. At Coteminas he was in charge of the Fiscal Incentives Raising department. Prof. Ladeira co-authored the book Relação de Confiança e Negociação. He is a speaker on Negociation, Conflicts, People and Sales.
