PAEX - Partners for Excellence is a Program that brings together midsize companies interested in increasing their competitiveness and improving their results. It is Partnership based on the gradual construction of a management model through the implementation of management and strategic tools, and the exchange of experiences and knowledge. PAEX brings together approximately 500 companies from Brazil, Paraguay and Portugal, fostering a rich exchange of experience and learning.
PAEX – Partners for Excellence uses the management of results from the Business Project as its core methodology. It also applies, at each of the partner companies, auxiliary methodologies in the fields of finance, marketing and sales, processes, people, projects, operations and logistics, among others. Its aim is to ensure that the partner companies achieve the desired results in an integrated and global way. Offering 450 hours/year of activities for companies, PAEX management methodologies are developed aiming to improve competitiveness and optimize the overall performance of the organizations.

**Development/ reassessment of Business Project** - Preparation/reassessment of the strategic plan and vision for the future of the company, reevaluating each business individually. **Monthly Management Assessments – AGM** - Assessing results, monitoring goals and following up on initiatives to achieve the strategic objectives defined in the business project **Monitoring** - A practical application of management knowledge, guided by experts in the fields of marketing and sales, processes, projects, finance, operations, and logistics, among others, implemented according to each company’s needs. **Senior Management Development Program-PDD** - Annually, three executives from each company will participate in a 96-hour training program, consisting of six modules emphasizing strategy, marketing and sales, finance, people, processes and projects. **Advanced Senior Management Development Program (PDDA)** - A discussion forum for emerging management topics focused on the company’s chief executive. **Exchanges** Professionals from network partner companies are encouraged to share experiences in the following meetings: - The Presidents’ Committee – in a small group, composed of the main manager of each partner organization, current topics and common issues fostering executive development and integration are discussed. - Senior Management Meeting – Managers meet and exchange experiences, benefiting from updated internationally standardized content. - Annual network meeting– chief of organizations associated with PAEX meet to discussion, opening opportunities for exchange of ideas with professionals from other companies, sectors, countries and cultures. The meeting is also an opportunity for the exchange of ideas on scenarios in order to subsidize the Business project development.
PAEX provides its partners with a portal to the FDC website. It supports both classroom activities, from publicizing events to organizing teaching materials; as well as allowing the sharing of experiences through exchange tools. In the PAEX Portal, managers of partner companies can find: - PAEX Institutional information: associated groups and organizations and their companies, agendas of activities, teaching materials. - Interaction among partners- e-exchange: managers’ questions and answers about day-to-day management issues; database of experiences, a collection of successful practices of the partner companies, organized according to the fields of activity of the partnership. - Newsletters: newsletters produced with network news to promote and disseminate issues of interest for the partner companies.
Indicator Management System that compares the goals of each indicator set for the company with their respective values achieved. As an instrument of support for AGMs, which are part of the strategic management methodology implemented by PAEX, the dashboard also allows analysis of critical situations, the reasons for poor performance, as well as appropriate corrective actions to be taken. The software, a fully developed web application framework, aims to combine the company’s strategic, tactical and operational information, allowing its managers access to the data needed for better management of the organization
