Professora Conceição Lacerda has dealt in the areas of people management, leadership and development for more than 35 years. Currently pursuing a doctorate degree in Business Administration, Conceição Lacerda holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (with emphasis on human capital management) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. She has developed projects in several companies such as Grupo Pão de Açúcar, Viavarejo, BRFoods, Lojas Marisa, Banco Mercantil, Laboratório Aché, Localiza, O Boticário, Previnorte, Votorantim Cimentos, Smiles, Líder Interiores, Supermercado Verdemar, Tracbel, Banco do Brasil, among others. She was a faculty member of graduate programs at Faculdade Pitágoras and PUC Minas. Conceição Lacerda has been an adjunct professor at Fundação Dom Cabral, for over 12 years, working for custom and graduate programs, participating in the need’s assessment (listening), solution creation and delivering classes for the following organizations: TAP Portugal, Banco Inter, MRV Engenharia, Transpetro, Usiminas, Mercedes Benz, Vale, Andrade Gutierrez, BANCOOB, SICOOB, among others. She is also a professor at ISVOR – FIAT Group Corporate University – working for companies such as FCA, CNH Industrial, IVECO, Magneti Marelli, Fundação FIAT de Cultura, Magnesita, NEMAK. Prof. Lacerda has worked as a facilitator in leadership and team building programs for 13 years. As a consultant at Ergon Consultores Associados for 10 years, she participated in several projects on human behavior. She is the author of the articles “Atitudes Facilitadoras em Consultoria”, “Competências Gerenciais: o que esperar de gestores de uma grande empresa?” and is co-author of “Circuito Duplo de Aprendizagem em Organizações – Uma intervenção para alcançar práticas renovadas”.
