FDC promotes corporate governance and transparency in its relationships with various audiences.

Board CommitteeCreated in 2011, FDC’s Board Committee supports the Board of Trustees’s implementation of business school objectives. The board also addresses other issues, including governance. It is composed of the president and two directors.
