Supply chain collaboration and organizational performance: the mediating effect of big data analytics capabilities.

Resumo: Grounded on the Relational View theory, this study aims to understand how collaboration among companies, especially when supported by BDA capabilities, contributes to increase organizational performance. A quantitative study was conducted with medium and large-sized Brazilian retail companies and data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares – Structural Equation Modeling. We have found out that collaboration has a direct effect on organizational performance as well as BDA capabilities mediate such relationship.
