Vanderlei Soela holds a PhD in Administration from PUC-MG, under the theme: “The cross of the leader: the place and influence of spirituality in the practice of leadership”. He is Master in Arts of Pastoral Counseling, by Loyola University Chicago (USA), Master in Psychology, by UFMG. Postgraduate in Project Management (PUC-MG). He is a professor in the areas of People Management, Leadership, Sustainability, Ethics and Organizational Architecture. He is a pedagogue and psychologist. He worked as an associate professor in FDC's open and customized programs with several companies in Brazil and Latin America. He served as PAEX Technical Advisor and in the Partnership with Third Sector Social Organizations (POS). He was institutional director of the Brazilian Union of Education and Teaching - UBEE (Maristas). He served as a member of the Latin American Marist Spirituality Network. Speaker and writer in the areas of People Management and Leadership, Psychology and Spirituality. He is currently the general director Colégio Marista Dom Silvério, in Belo Horizonte.
