Valdemar Filho holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Universidade Estadual do Ceará – UECE. His further education encompasses: STC- Skills, Tools and competences from Fundação Dom Cabral - FDC in partnership with Kellogg School of Business, Northwestern University, USA; People Strategic Management – GEP, from Fundação Dom Cabral in partnership with INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France; Executive Development Program – PDE; Project Management Program and C-suite Development Program from Fundação Dom Cabral – FDC; Corporate Governance from the Brazilian Institute for Corporate Governance – IBGC  and Scenarios – Identification, Definition and Building for strategy planning and implementation from IRR Conference/ SP. Valdemar Filho is an adjunct professor at Fundação Dom Cabral – FDC, for the area of strategy, having worked as a Scientific Advisor for PAEX/ CE – Partners for Excellence Program. Filho has held positions such as Strategic Support Superintendent (Planning), CIO, manager in several areas such as credit, information technology, and auditing in systems, business, operations and integrated auditing, at Banco do Nordeste. Besides that, Valdemar brings professional experience in medium and large companies from different industry sectors such as telecommunications, financial institutions, and as a member of the administration board of companies.
