Strategy
Dedicated to improving companies’ results, Salvo Só holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Metallurgical Engineering from UFMG (1996), an MBA from Manchester Business School (2013) and a Specialization Certificate in Business Strategic Management from UFMG (2001). He is also a specialist in Product and Process Development - RHAE/CNPq Project (1997). Salvo Só was a consultant at INDG for 11 years, a consultant/ product development manager at Samarco, an executive in charge of Controllership and Continuous Improvement at ArcelorMittal Brasil and Business Project Manager/Controller at Usiminas. Salvo is an adjunct professor of strategy and processes at FDC, since 2011. He holds expertise in Finance and is a board member for several companies, as well as developing new business models and working intensively on cost reduction projects.
