Ricardo Jacobina deals in the areas of project and process management. He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from PUCMINAS, a Specialization Certificate in Electrical Engineering from UNICAMP, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic and Telecommunication Engineering from IPUC/UCMG. Ricardo is an adjunct professor at Fundação Dom Cabral, advisor and monitor in Project and Process Management for PAEX (Partners for Excellence), PEG (Management Structuring Partnership), MBA, PCSS (Sustainable Growth Partnership), PDG (Managerial Development Program) and custom programs. Faculty member for graduate programs at PUCMINAS, UNA, Newton Paiva, Pitágoras, PMMG, and BI Internacional. Prof. Ricardo Jacobina has worked for more than 200 companies from PAEX Program, as a monitor and professor, and was the coordinator of the Specialization Program in Business Management (Emphasis on Project Management) for six years at FDC. Jacobina has dealt with the implementation of administrative structures for project and routine management (BPM), interacting directly with high level executives, developing strategic managerial groups and conducting and supporting groups of employees. Among the companies assisted by Jacobina outstand CEMIG, FIEMG, CONCERT, Grupo Orguel, Magnesita, PRODEMGE, SEBRAE, SETE, SOMA. As an engineer, Prof. Jacobina has experience in developing and implementing numerous projects in large organizations such as AÇOMINAS, USIMINAS, MANNESMAN, TELEMAR, CST, CVRD, CEMIG, LIGHT, MAGNESITA, ORTENG, TELEMIG, VALE, ECT, FORD, ALCOA. He is also a speaker on areas of interest for many institutions and companies.
