Marly Sorel Campos is an adjunct professor and researcher for the areas of Leadership, Teams, People Management and Succession Planning at Fundação Dom Cabral. Marly Sorel holds a Master’s Degree from UFSC (2003), with emphasis on Organizational Psychology. She attended the program “Management of People” from Insead, in Fontainebleau, France, and several other training and development programs.  She holds Psychoanalysis Qualification and works as a psychoanalyst since 1985. Professor Marly Sorel teaches at the MBA programs, the PDA-, Shareholder’s Development Program, and custom programs at FDC. She has developed programs and worked as a coach in companies such as: Pirelli, Camargo Correa, CEMIG, Cedro Cachoeira, ESAB, Gerdau, Klabin, Merial, TSA, MRV, VIX Logística, Randon, CANEX etc. Marly Sorel was a Personnel Development Manager at Acesita (currently Aperam South America) and Human Resources Manager at M. Roscoe Engenharia. She is the author of technical and scientific papers published in Brazil and abroad.
