Marcos Cotta is an Adjunct Professor for the area of process management at Fundação Dom Cabral. He works for the specialization programs, PAEX (Partners for Excellence Program), PCR (Result Capacity-Building Program) and custom programs. Cotta holds Specialization Certificates in Quality Engineering and Automotive Engineering, both from Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais. He has provided consulting services for over 500 companies from several sectors and regions in Brazil, such as Bunge, New Holland, Fiat, Vale and Unimed.
As an executive, Marcos Cotta worked for fifteen years in organizational management positions in small and large companies, especially in the mining and automotive industries.
