Marcelo Melgaço is an adjunct professor of Strategy, OKRs, and Corporate Innovation. He holds an international OKRs Professional certification from OKRs Training, a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Quality Management from UNICAMP, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution. He is also a specialist in Business Strategy from the University of Virginia, Darden School of Business.
He is the only Brazilian trained by Alex Osterwalder – the creator of the Business Model Canvas, Value Proposition Canvas, and the Invincible Company methodology – in Corporate Innovation: Business Model Reinvention, Transformation, and Innovation.
With over 25 years of experience in Strategy and Organizational Excellence, he has worked in organizations of various sizes and sectors, including well-known names such as EY (Ernst & Young), FedEx, Itautec, ArcelorMittal, Furnas Centrais Elétricas, the Ministry of Planning, and the Brazilian Navy.
