Professor Léo Bruno has academic background in the áreas of Engineering (M. Sc,), Management (M.Sc.) and Organizational Behavior (Ph.D.). He has been involved in several programs of FDC, as follows: Especialization (Leadership, Organizacional Change, Innovation and Research in Organazations), Master of Science in partnership with Skema Business School (France), Open and In Company programs. Worked as Technical Advisor and Monitor in the PAEX – Partnership for Excellence Program. Is invited professor of graduated courses of UNICAMP – State University of Campinas, UFAM - Amazon Federal University and of Matej Bel University (Slovakia). Is invited professor of Volkswagen Corporate University (Wolfsburg) in the áreas of Technology and Innovation. Worked as executive in several companies, as follows: Philips, Whirlpool, Samsung, Genius Institute of Technology e Flextronics, in technical, commercial and financial areas. Is international speaker in areas as Leadership, Organizational Change, Innovation (Value Innovation Creation Model©) and Research in Organizations (Holistic Measurement of Organizations Model©). He is co-author of books in management area and has published articles in Brazil and abroad. Is President of the Councils of the CLSB - Center for Leadership Studies do Brasil and of F.UEA - Fundação Universitas de Estudos Amazônicos of the University of Amazon State.
