With 23 years of experience in human resources, business management, and information technology, Fernando is executive, and consultant dedicated to building excellence in people management and process optimization.
Fernando Borges holds a bachelor’s degree in Executives Training Technology and MBA certificate from Fundação Getúlio Vargas. He is certified as an consultative board member by CELINT, a strengths coach by Gallup, in Change Management by Prosci, and in Cultural Transformation Tools by Barrett Value Center.
He is adjunct professor at Fundação Dom Cabral and a scientific advisor for PAEX.
His career includes leadership positions such as director of people & management at Jamef Transportes, executive vice president and director of operations at Lojas Leader, and director of HR and IT at Cervejarias Kaiser, encompassing industries in consumer goods, retail, and logistics services.
As a consultant, he has a background in organizational transformation, leadership development, and organizational design, bringing an innovative and sustainable approach to drive business growth.
